Warm up

  • 2x: Standing leg rotations x 10F/10B + Front to back leg swings x 10/10

  • 3x: Hip lifts x 5 + rotations x 10 + sumo squat w/twist x 4

Strength

  • 2x: KB RDL x 15 + Band walks x 12/12

  • 3x: Bulgarian split squat x 6/6 + banded kick backs x 10/10

  • 3x: 10 DB Squats (at shoulders)+ 10 DB Jumping lunges + 10 DB Squat jumps (down by the sides)

Work

3 at each skierg: Complete 5 sets:

Ski x 10 calories + 10 FFE JL + 10 DB Press (heavy and any way)

Then

100 Wall balls as quickly as possible
