Warm Up

  • 2x: Yoga push up x 5 + Leg swings x 10/10

  • 20/10 x 4 push ups + hold at bottom (chest and thighs off the ground)

Strength

  • 3x: wall walk x 3 + controlled leg drops x 5 + Chin over bar hold x :20

  • Hang power snatch overview

  • Hang Power Snatch: 5-5-5-5 Barbell or DB Option

  • Between sets (not after the last): Controlled leg drops x 5

Work

  • 5 min: Ski x 8 calories + 12 deficit push ups

Rest 1 min

  • 5 min: burpee jump over x 5 + z-press x 12

Rest 1 min

  • 5 min: DB/BB Press x 8 + Alternating V-ups x 10
