  • 2x: Plank wave push ups x 5 + Prone scorpion x 4

  • 2x: PVC pass through x 10 + dead hang x :20

  • 2x: Inch worm x 5 + superman pull downs x 12

  • Entrance Run

Strength

1) 3x: Bent row x 10 + Half kneeling SA Press x 6/6 + Triceps pull downs x 12

2) 3x: 3 cone slider crawl w/5 push ups at each cone + Body saw from elbows x 10

3) Push press x 6-10 + Band pulls x 20

Work

30/15 x 4:

  • Lateral box jump overs

  • Dual DB or BB Clean and press

  • Mt. Sliders (sub mt. climbers)

  • Goblet Squat

Finisher

20/10 x 5

  • Shoulder taps/FLR
