Warm up

  • 3 min. Body rock

  • Seated straddle stretch

  • 2x: Hip lifts x 10 + calf scoops x 10/10

  • 3x: KB Swings x 10 + cobra push ups x 5 + Leg swings x 10/10

  • 20/10 x 5: Mt. climber/FLR

Work

10x:

  • 5 Burpee barbell jump over and back

  • 10 Front Squats (Sub goblet or DB Squats)

  • 10 Alternating box jump ups

  • 10 sit ups

Then

5x:

  • 10 Calorie row/ski/bike

  • 10 weighted step back lunges

  • 10 Z-press

  • 10 alternating V-ups
