Warm up

  • Entrance Run x 2

  • 3x: Squat rotation x 4 + Hip lift x 5

  • 2x: Seated leg over w/rotation x 20s + Forward lunge w/reach up x 20s

  • Arm circles x 20f/20b

  • 2 min. Double under practice

Strength

1) 4x: Barbell step back lunges (light) x 12 + Kick stand RDL x 6/6

2) 4x: Barbell Good morning x 10 (light) + SL deficit squats on box x 5/5

Work

1) 4x: 12 Calorie Ski + 10 KB Swings + 8 toes to bar

2) 4x: Box jump up with foot switch x 16 + Deficit push ups x 10 + Renegade row x 8 (total)

3) 30s max effort bike sprint
