There is one very important aspect of training that is rarely talked about but so necessary. Have Fun. If you’re not having fun, your ability to stay on track will be short lived.

Warm Up

  • Shin box waves x 12

  • 2x: - SLRDL x 5/5 + Dive bomber push ups x 5

  • 2x: SL Glute Bridge x 10/10

  • Straddle stretch x 1 minute

  • Frog stretch x 2 minutes

Strength

1) 3x: Plate cossack squats x 8 + Side plank dip x 12/12

2) 3x: Wide stance RDL x 10 + Broad jumps x 5

3) Deadlift: 3-3-3-3 (go by feel, overhand only)

Work

1) 10-8-6-4-2: Thruster/Burpee

2) 20-16-12-8-4: Sprinter lunges + Push up w/2 mt. climbers
