Warm up

2x: Knee tucks x 8 + Rotations x 10 + toe touch > OH Reach x 10

2x: 6pt. Knee rotations x 10F/10B

1x: Supine Scorpion x 4

2x: 20 DU’s + 10 squat + 10 v-ups

Strength

1) 3x: KB Swing x 10 + Alt. Push ups x 10

2) 3x: Goblet Squat x 10 + Plank up/down x 20

3) Front Squat: 5-5-5-5 Rest 90s between each

4) 3 min. Max rep front squats @ 65/95lbs

Work

1) 3x: Row/Ski x 150m + Overhead step back lunges x 16

2) 1x: Front foot elevated jumping lunges x 100 + 100 R. Twists
