Warm up

  • 3x: 10 air squats + 10 pvc pipe pass throughs + lateral lunge x 6
  • 3x: Push up to cobra x 5 + superman x 10 + R. twist x 30 (no weights)
  • 3x: Step back lunges x 10 + Push up x 10 + v-up x 10

Strength

12-15 minutes of work:

  • Bench Press w/DB or Barbell x 10
  • 5 pull ups with 3s hold at the top of each
  • Dual DB Bent over row x 10

Work
