Workout: 7_21_2021

Today is about getting the entire body moving. Tomorrow will be about moving heavy weight.

Warm Up

1) Ski x 2 minutes

2) 3x: Lateral Lunges x 8 + Dive bomber push ups x 8 + Band pulls x 15

Strength

1) 3x: BB Bent over row w/3s eccentric x 6 + Dual Front Rack/Farmer carry >< (cone to cone. Cones are 20 big steps apart)

2) 3x: KB Swings x 10 + Broad jump x 6 (big broad jumps!)

3) 3x: Slider pike x 10 + Slam ball rotate and throw x 10/10 (keep the elbow high. Rotate and push pull into the wall with force)

Work

1) Row x 750

2) Goblet Squat x 50 (Go heavy, break into sets)

3) R. Twists x 100 (6-14lb med ball)

4) Frog hop >< x 5 (cones are 15 big steps apart)

5) Ski x 500
