Warm up

  • 2x: Mini band walks x 12/12 + Banded GM x 8

  • 20/10 x 5: Squat jump/Squat hold

  • 2 min frog stretch

Strength

  1. 3x: SL BB RDL x 6/6 + Slider hamstring curls x 12 (both feet on)

  2. 3x: BB Back squats x 8 + WTD + step back lunges x 6/6

Work

With a parter:

  • 50 Calorie ski
  • 40 DB Thrusters
  • 30 barbell ground to shoulders (Power Cleans)
  • 20 Pull ups toes to bar (1 rep = 1 pull up + 1 toes to bar)
  • 10 wall walks
