Workout: 7_15_2021

Yesterday you all did an amazing job during your IWT’s. Keep up the great work!

Warm up

1 loop run (Go left on canion, take a right towards the plant shop, take the gravel cut through).

2x: SA Front rack step back lunges x 5/5 + 5 goblet squats + 5 Swings

Hands on wall lat stretch x 30s

Barbell squat hold x 1 minute


3x: 10 Barbell RDL + Banded glute bridge x 12/12

4x: Pause Front Squat x 5 w/3s pause at the bottom of each


1) 2x as quickly as possible: 250M Ski + plate push >< (Do not leave platform until count down is at 0)

2) For 10 minutes continue going up x 2 reps: 2-4-6-8-10-12…etc
