Warm up

  • Jump Rope x 2 minutes: work doubles if you’ve got them
  • 3 Min. Rock to elbow tap
  • Straddle stretch
  • Pigeon Pose
  • HS Holds/Kick Up Practice

Strength 20/10 x 5:

  • Press/OH Hold
  • Squat Jump/Squat Hold
  • Push Up/FLR

Work

2 sets of each. When all are completed go back to top and complete 1 set of each.

1) 1 Min. Ski + 15KB Swings + 10 Toes To Bar

2) 1 Min. Weighted Box Step Ups x 20 + 30 R. Twists + 12 Bent Over Fly

3) 1 Min. Run + Front Squats x 10 + Press x 10
