Warm up

  • 2 min squat sit
  • 2x: Dive bomber push up x 5 + cossack squat x 4 + hip hinge x 5
  • SL Lateral Hops x 20R/20L + SL Front to Back Hops x 20R/20L
  • 10 x Hinge and Squat

Strength

4x:

  • 5 Narrow Squats
  • 5 Neutral Squats
  • 5 Wide Squats
  • 5 RDL
  • 10 Step Back Lunges (5 each leg)
  • Rest x 1 minute

Then:

3x with little to no rest lightly weighted:

  • 10 Squats
  • 10 Squat Jumps
  • 10 Jumping Lunges

Work

250m Row or Ski. If no rower or skierg, sub 1 minute run.

  • 250M Row + 100 Dynamax ball sit ups
  • 250M Row + 50 Plank Up Downs
  • 250M Row + 40 KB Cleans Alternating Hands
  • 250M Row + 10 wall walks
