Keep the efforts and the standards high.

Warm up

  • 3x: Step through x 4 + squat rotation x 4 + OHS x 10
  • 3x: Pass through x 10 + Push ups x 10
  • 2x: 6 pt. Knee rotations x 10F/10B + SLGB x 10/10

Strength

  • Press x 5 + OH March x 10 (Repeat x3)
  • Close Grip Push Ups x 10 (Elevate feet, Deficit, Rings, etc.)
  • Pull Ups x 5-8 (sub with towel pull downs)

Work

10>1: V-Up + Goblet Squat

1>10: Plank Position In and Outs (both feet) + bent over rows

Then:

100 FFE Step Back Lunges
