Warm Up

  • 2x: Lateral lunges x 4 + Forward lunge rotation x 4 + Inch worms x 5

  • Standing Fig. 4 x 30s/30s

  • Prone scorpion x 4

  • 2x: Lateral hops x 20 + Plank wave push up x 5 + Hinge w/hands OH x 5

  • Deadlift warm up sets: 10-8

Strength

4x:

  • Wide Stance Deadlift x 5

  • Side plank dip x 12/12

  • Eccentric leg drops x 8 (anchor hands by holding onto KB or DB behind the head)

Work

EMOM Alternating Minutes x 16 min.

Even:

  • Lateral box jump overs x 10
  • Floor press (sub push ups if no equipment) x 10

Odd:

  • Sprinter lunges x 12
  • SA DB Snatch x 5/5
