Warm up

  • 3x: 10 Air Squats + 10/10 arm circles + 10 Hip lifts
  • 20 shin box waves
  • Straddle stretch
  • 2x: High knees x 30s + butt kicks x 30s + squat jumps x 30s

Strength

4x:

  • Thruster x 8
  • SLRDL x 5/5

4x:

  • Windmill x 5/5
  • FFE Step back lunges x 16

Then

3 min: KB Clean + Squat + Press. Alternate arms each rep.

Work

20(60)-18(54)-16(48)-14(42)-12(36)-10(30)-8(24)-6(18)-4(12)-2(6)

  • FFE Jumping lunges
  • KB Swings
  • Mt. Climbers (2 count)
  • Double unders (if no double unders, triple the amount of singles)
