Strength

  • Bench Press x 12

  • Band pull apart x 15 (sub lightweight bent flys x 15)

  • Slider Sprint x 10 Each Side

  • L-sit or knee tuck x 20s

Work

EMOM x 15 min:

1: DB Burpee > OH x 8

2: Renegade Row x 8

3: Z Press x 45s
