Workout: 5_15_2020

Strength goes far beyond the amount of weight you can move on a barbell.

Warm up

  • 2 min of jumping jacks!!
  • 2 min FLR
  • Straddle Stretch
  • 2x: Plank wave push up x 5 + KB swing x 10


IWT: 3 rounds of each.

1) Front Squat x 10 + 2 min: 4 pt. In and out

2) Bench Press/Floor Press + 2 min: Squat Jumps

3) Hang Power Clean x 10 + 2 min: Burpee jump overs or burpee box jumps

In the IWT you have 30 seconds to complete your weightlifting movement. Then immediately go into 2 minutes of your breathing work. Once your breathing work is complete, rest 2 minutes and repeat. The objective in an IWT is to go heavy but doable on the weights and to go hard on the breathing section.

You will complete 3 rounds of section 1 before moving to section 2. Then complete all 3 rounds of section 2 before moving to section 3. Then complete all 3 rounds of section 3. Between sections, rest for 2 minutes. During that time, prepare you equipment and be ready to go.
