Warm Up

  • 3 minute jump rope

  • 3x: band pull apart x 12 + chin over bar hold x 15s

  • 3x: Yoga push ups x 6 + toe touch x 6/6

Strength

  1. Med ball barbell bench press: 10-8-8-8-8

  2. 4x: Pull ups x 8 + renegade rows x 8 + alt. V-up toe touch x 16

Work

  1. Gate Run + HS Hold

  2. ¾ loop OH Plate carry + 5-10-15 calorie ski

  3. Slider push/pull >< x 2 + 100 double unders
