One of the worst things you can do is give big effort in the gym and little effort in the kitchen.

Warm up

3x: Loop Run + Lateral lunges x 4 + Push ups x 10 + Step through w/rotation x 6

Strength

1) 3x: Band pulls x 20 + KB RDL x 10 + HS Hold x 30s (any way)

2) 3x: Band walks x 12/12 + hanging L-sit x 20s

Work

With a partner - 20-25 minutes of continuous work:

  • 600M Ski
  • 80 FFE Jumping lunges
  • 100 R. Twists
  • 30 push press (135+/95+ ideal weight)
  • 60 Goblet Squats
