  • 3x: Bottom of squat KB Press away (slowly) x 10 + Bottom of squat halo x 10 alt. Directions

  • 1k Ski
  • 100 Goblet squats
  • 1k Row
  • 100 Hands on DB’s push ups

If there’s time remaining complete as many meters on skierg as possible with your team.
