Our goal today is to keep our bodies in motion. Nothing has to be “heavy” today, it needs to be do-able.

Warm Up

  • Loop run x 2

  • 2x: 6 pt. Knee rotations x 10F/10B

  • PVC Hinge and rotate x 8 total

  • 2x: Plank wave push ups x 5 + Forward lunge hold x 4 total

  • Standing chest stretch x 30s/30s

  • Loop Run x 2

Strength

12 minutes of work:

Complete all on one hand, then the other.

  • 3 SA KB Swings

  • 3 SA KB Cleans

  • 3 SA KB step back lunges from front rack

  • 3 SA KB Press

Work

Complete 4 total sets:

  • 1 min. Jump rope/double-unders

  • 1 min. R. twists

  • 1 min. Squat jumps

  • 1 min. Yoga push ups

  • 1 min. Rest
