Warm Up
1) Jump rope x 3 minutes
2) 3x: 5x inch worm with 3 push ups at bottom + lateral lunges x 6
Strength
IWT:
1) 3x: KB Swings x 10 + Backwards box push x 2 minutes
2) 3x: Med Ball Bench Press x 10 + Ski
3) 3x: Barbell Bent Row x 10 + Loop Run
