Warm Up

2x: Side shuffle >< + Power skip > + High knees <

3x: Squat jumps x 10 + Half push up hold x 30s

2x: Barbell front squat x 10 + FS squat hold x :30

Strength

Complex x 4: Rest 90s between each set:

  • Barbell jump overs x 16 total

  • Hang power clean x 8

  • Push Jerk x 8

Work

2-4-6-8-10-12-etc. X 12 minutes:

  • Lateral box jump overs

  • Toes to bar

  • Deficit push ups

  • Pull ups
