Warm Up

  • Loop Run

  • 2x: Band pull apart x 15 + Leg swings front to back x 10/10 + Seated rotations x 4

  • 2x: Banded RDL x 10 + Elevated hamstring stretch x 20s/20s + Scap push ups x 10

Strength

  • Heavy Farmer Carry >< x 2

  • Barbell RDL x 10

  • Max rep band curls x 20s

  • DB rows on elevated bench x 10 (laying prone on elevated bench)

Work

Starting at 1 and ncreasing by 1 rep each set:

  • Burpee jump overs
  • Barbell thrusters
  • Pull ups
  • weighted sit up
