Workout: 11_20_2020

We were supposed to have a partner day today, but last minute we decided against it. So, be prepared to get a lot of work done today on your own!

Warm up

3x: ½ loop run + Superman pull down x 10 + Squat rotation x 4

3x: Forward lunge x 4 + Yoga push up w/toe tap x 6 + Supine scorpion x 4

20/10 x 5 each: - Press/OH Hold + Squat/squat hold + V-up/Hollow body

Strength

1) 3x: 200M Ski + DB Bench press x 10 + Toes to bar x 8

2) 3x: Loop run x 1 + wtd. Butterfly sit ups x 15 + SA Front rack step back lunges x 5/5

3) 4x: FFE Jumping Lunges x 20 + BB Ground to OH x 5

4) 4x: Butt to ball squat jumps x 25 + Push ups x 20 + Slider pikes x 10
