On Friday, we squat.

Warm up

  • Loop Run x 2

  • Shin box waves x 12

  • Supine scorpion x 6

  • 2x: Squat rotation x 4 + lateral lunges x 4

  • 2x: KB Swings x 10 + broad jump x 5

Strength

1) 2x: BB Kick stand GM x 8/8 + Band walks x 15/15

2) 2x: Hinge - squat - stand x 8 + Hamstring curls x 12

3) Back squat: 10-8-6

3) Back Squats:5-5-5-5 (Reminder: If you are limited on the amount of weight you have available, use a pause squat or jump squat to help create time under tension/power)

  • Z-press x 20
  • Plank up/down x 20
  • FFE Jumping lunges (lightly weighted) x 20

Loop run x 3

  • Z-press x 15
  • Plank up/down x 15
  • FFE Jumping lunges (lightly weighted) x 15

  • 10 of everything
