Warm up

  • 2x: Lateral lunges > + forward lunge rotation <

  • Adductor stretch on wall x 2 minutes

  • 3x: Banded GM x 20 + Goblet squat x 10

Strength

1) 3x20 back squats

2) 3x: FFE split squat (hold weight on same side of elevated foot) x 12/12 + banded hip thrusts (band only) x 15

Work

1) 3x: Partner band back pedal ><

2) 3x: KB Swing x 10 + Front rack step back lunge x 5/5

3) 5x: 2 cone sprint
