2x: prone swimmer x 10 + plank wave push ups x 5

2x: Bear crawl >< + cart wheels ><

Strength

  • Strict Press: 8-8-8

  • Push Press: 4-4-4

  • Push Jerk - Look for 2 rep max: 2-2-2

Work

1) 3x: DB Bent rows x 12 + DB lateral raises x 10

2) 3x: Deficit push ups w/3s pause at bottom x 10 + Plank pulls x 8 total

3) 12-4-6-8-10: Burpee jump overs + Barbell thrusters
