Warm up

2x: KB Swings x 10 (light) + push ups x 10 + Air squats x 10

2x: Forward lunge rotation x 4 + broad jumps x 5

2x: High hang pull under x 5 + front squat x 5

2x: Hang power clean x 3 + Front squat x 3 (this progresses in wt)

Strength

Hang cleans: Looking for 2 rep max at end.

5-5-5 3-3-3 2-2-2

Work

1) 5x: Full court box sprint (no less than a 25, no more than a 45)

2) 4x: Chin ups x 8 + HEAVY goblet squat (go dual if needed) x 8

3) 3x: 200m Ski sprint
