Workout: 10_17_2020

Today is the Tour de Taco’s. We will meet at the gym at 10AM after the workout and head out to taste some delicious tacos!

Warm up

  • Body rock with step through x 2 minutes

  • Pigeon pose x 1m/1m

  • Couch stretch x 1m/1m

  • 2x: Bear crawl >< x 2 + Knee tuck jump x 5 + Push up with step through x 4

Strength

1) Options: Deadlift or Bench Press

Reps: 10-8-6-6-4-4

Between sets:

  • Feet elevated side plank hold x 30s/30s

  • Hanging L-sit x 20s

Work

4 sets: Begin each new set with a door to door run (30 sec.)

  • 10 Pull ups
  • 20 KB Clean and press - Alt. Hands as needed
  • 20 sit ups
  • 20 Goblet squats
