2) Prone chest stretch x 4

3) 2x: Plank wave push up x 5 + Dead hang x 20s

4) 2x: PVC pass through x 10 + band pulls x 15

Strength

1) 3x: Push ups x 12 + Pull ups x 8 + Dips x 10

2) 3x: DB Curl to press x 8 + Lateral raises x 10 + WTD Pull aparts x 10

3) BB or DB Bench press: 10-10-10-10

Between sets: Plank pull x 10 total

Work

1>10 with a given movement before each set:

  • KB Swing/Burpee broad jump x 3

  • Barbell shoulder to overhead/DU’s x 20

  • Wide stance goblet squat/Mt. Climbers x 20
