How to Squat: Covering the Basics [Video]

Anyone who goes to OTL Fitness knows there is one thing we do a lot of and that is squatting. Be it light or heavy, feet narrow or wide, high bar or low bar, we squat a lot. Why? Well, squatting is important. Although a lower body focus, the proper squat required the entire body to be engaged and ready in order to properly perform the movement.

In this video (it is less than 1 minute) Coach Courtney gives an overview of how to squat. She covers the basics which seem small but make a huge impact on your strength and longevity in squatting.
