Travis enjoys teaching and learning all forms of movement and athletic skills. His training philosophy stems from a belief that physical strength and mental strength are fundamentally connected.
Coach Travis has a strong passion for anatomy, physiology and overall movement of the human body. From preparing world class sprinters for the Olympic Trials/Olympics, to helping rehabilitate the general population, each day is an opportunity for Travis to not only learn more, but to teach others the benefits of strength and movement regardless of their current exercise status, goals or experience. Coach Travis believes that communication builds trust amongst his clients and once a foundation of trust is built, anything is possible.

Coach Travis has been a strength and conditioning coach for Olympians: Mike Rodgers, USA, 4x100m Relay, Miles Ukaoma, Nigeria, 400M Hurdles.
Coach Travis has personally lost over 60 pounds and is committed to an active, healthy and natural lifestyle. In his free time he enjoys spending time outdoors with his dog, Cooper, hiking, biking, playing volleyball, participating in fitness competitions, and experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes and foods.
