On select Saturdays through the month OTL hosts “Open Gym”. This is a great way for the OTL community to get together and get an extra workout in for free! We highly encourage visitors join us during these workouts to get a feel for OTL, its community, and how we program our workouts
What to Expect:
You should not expect any pressure at all. Open Gyms are at your own pace and with the option to work on any weaknesses or movements that may need improvement. Since the coaches are always around, it is also a great opportunity to get extra coaching or to ask any questions.
If you are new to the community, you are not under any pressure to register for classes. We just want you to come workout and have some fun!
