OTL Boot Camps is Austin’s answer to the best outdoor fitness program. Our coaches are dedicated to bringing high energy, intelligence, motivation, and encouragement to any and all participants of all skill levels. Our goal is to help you reach yours!
OTL’s Austin Boot Camps are located at our head quarters: 5540B North Lamar Blvd.
What to Expect:
Each boot camp involves a variety of equipment from kettlebells and jump ropes, to sand bags and dumbbells. There is no limit when it comes to our coaches being creative in order to provide you with a great training session. This isn’t your ordinary boot camp with the same old equipment and repetitive workouts. Each day is something new to help keep you on your toes. In addition, boot camp athletes should expect:
- Highly motivating environment
- Teammates to help you reach your goals
- Nutritional advice
- Increase in strength
- Decrease in body fat
- Increase in energy
- Increase in cardio respiratory development
- Coaches who truly care about you and your goals!
OTL Boot Camps are $120/month. The current boot camp is on Monday/Wednesday of each week. Making each class only $15!
