How Much Are Classes?

So, Are You A CrossFit Gym?

No, although similar in community, we differ in our programming and training philosophies.

Do I Need To Be In Shape Before Starting?

Heck no. We are here to help you get in shape. Training is scalable to suit your current fitness level.

Do You Offer Any Discounts?

Yes, we offer 15% off for Military, Teachers, EMS, and Firefighters. We also offer 15% off 3 month and 6 month lump sum payments (Discounts cannot be combined).

I Have Experience, Do I Need To Go Through The Basics?

No, if you have experience in weight training and can demonstrate proper technique you can skip the basics. However, a movement assessment is always required.

Do You Allow Drop-Ins

Yes, we love visitors. First time drop-ins are free, any drop in after is $20.

Can I Try It Out Before I Start

I wouldn’t buy a car I didn’t test drive. We offer 1 free week to anyone interested in starting classes with us!
