Indoor Classes – Strength and Conditioning

 

Our indoor classes are group strength and conditioning classes built for any student regardless of gender, age, and current ability. Each class is lead by a coach who will help you learn technique/fundamentals and help you feel comfortable with every area of training. Classes are capped in order to maintain the quality of coaching in each class. Who is this for? Everyone! As long as you are willing to work hard and follow the program, you will get to where you want to go. If our indoor strength and conditioning classes sound like what you need in your life, below is what else you can expect and how to get started.

HOW DO I BEGIN?

We want this process to be as simple as possible. Here are the 3 steps:

  1. Email us and let us know how many days per week you’d like to train and which class times best fit your schedule
  2. Create a new athlete account here: New Athlete Sign Up
  3. That is it. We will communicate with you about the days and times you chose and then we will see you in class!

OTL Austin Boot Camps

OTL Boot Camps is Austin’s answer to the best outdoor fitness program. Our coaches are dedicated to bringing high energy, intelligence, motivation, and encouragement to any and all participants of all skill levels. Our goal is to help you reach yours!

OTL’s Austin Boot Camps are located at our head quarters: 5540B North Lamar Blvd.

What to Expect:

Each boot camp involves a variety of equipment from kettlebells and jump ropes, to sand bags and dumbbells. There is no limit when it comes to our coaches being creative in order to provide you with a great training session. This isn’t your ordinary boot camp with the same old equipment and repetitive workouts. Each day is something new to help keep you on your toes. In addition, boot camp athletes should expect:

Pricing

OTL Boot Camps are $120/month. The current boot camp is on Monday/Wednesday of each week. Making each class only $15!

Corporate Bootcamps

OTL Corporate Boot camps are here to help your company create a strong, healthy, and team based culture in your office through fitness. Every training day is more than just a workout, it is a chance for your team to motivate and encourage each other to reach new heights both in and out of the work place.

What to Expect:

Fun, Intensity, scalability, encouragement, safety, excellence. At OTL we guarantee your team will have fun. Our coaches are energetic, and always bring enough energy to get everyone moving.  The intensity is always high, but we have to ability to scale to all fitness levels. For those times of high work stress, and fatigue, our coaches are there to encourage everyone to keep going. On top of intelligent programming, the safety of your team is of upmost importance to us. These things combine to help us bring you pure excellence!

Personal Training

Personal training at OTL is great for a variety of individuals. Many times those who decide on personal training may want to workout 1-on-1 with a coach because they…

  1. Are coming back from an injury and wanting to start a workout routine.
  2. May need individual attention for weight-loss or weight-loss goals.
  3. Have little to no experience training and want to learn correct form and technique.

Personal training is a great way to introduce yourself to fitness or to rehab a recent injury. Don’t let inexperience or inability hold you back, our personal training program is here to help you become better.

Anyone who begins personal training with one of our coaches will first and foremost be given the highest quality coaching possible. In addition you will…

Open Gym

On select Saturdays through the month OTL hosts “Open Gym”. This is a great way for the OTL community to get together and get an extra workout in for free! We highly encourage visitors join us during these workouts to get a feel for OTL, its community, and how we program our workouts

What to Expect:

You should not expect any pressure at all. Open Gyms are at your own pace and with the option to work on any weaknesses or movements that may need improvement. Since the coaches are always around, it is also a great opportunity to get extra coaching or to ask any questions.

If you are new to the community, you are not under any pressure to register for classes. We just want you to come workout and have some fun!
